The County of Causeway Coast and Glens is a county in Northern Ireland. It was formed on 1 April 2015 by merging the previous districts of Coleraine, Ballymoney and Moyle with the Borough of Coleraine. The county contains many areas with strong historical links to Scotland, as well as more recent settlements from England and Wales. It borders County Antrim to the north, County Londonderry to the east and south, and County Down to the south-west. The county offers plenty of both peaceful seclusion, breathtaking views and a cosmopolitan lifestyle that many parts of Europe can only dream about. As a result, property prices are high – there are currently no affordable homes available in Causway Coast and Glens under £200,000 – but you get what you pay for!
