Can I add or remove locations in the future?
Yes of course - if the location is available.
If your competitors haven't secured the location or property first, and it is available, then you can add any new locations.
New locations renew at the start each month.
You can also cancel at anytime. There is no long term agreements or lock in.
Once you have secured your pages. You keep that advertising space from your competitors for as long as you continue as a client.
Can I add as many or as little locations or properties as I like?
We do have a minimum of 10 pages per month.
There is no maximum number of locations you can choose.
So you can choose a combination of cities, postcodes and specific properties and streets to cover your area and match your budget.
Whether you wish to spend £10 per month or £1,000's per month for more extensive coverage.
Do you guarantee leads?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee leads.
Your business is unique to you. Your call to action and your locations are unique to you.
So we cannot guarantee a property buyer, seller, landlord or investor contacts you for your service.
However we can guarantee you brand awareness, a call to action and a link to your preferred landing page. To give you every opportunity to increase your company profile for your perfect customers where it matters most, in the exact locations they are searching at the right time of their journey.

Is it really only £1 + vat per month per page?
Yes.
Each property address page. Or location page. Is simply £1 +vat per page per month.
So you can budget however much or little as you like.
Many of our clients look to cover their whole area and book places for thousands of pages. That way you can secure all pages in a postcode district like, M21 or CH1 for example.
How are payments made?
All payments are made by card payment or direct debit.
Your advertising goes live within 48 hours of providing all the required information and creative banner.
If you select for monthly payments. These are taken on the 1st of the following month.
If you select for annual payments. These are taken on 1st of the anniversary month.
